Awful customer service. I took my vehicle in for a repair to my window. The service guy suspected that it was my regulator, as did I. They replaced the motor instead and the regulator died 3 days later. They wanted me to pay for the labor once again. Will Not Use Again

I had my car towed to Karl's Auto Repair. They replaced the starter and alighned my car. However, when I picked my car up my air condition did not work and the knob on my gear shift fell off. No, I will not use or recommend Karl's ever again.
