What a find! It is so hard to find an honest mechanic and I'm so glad i found one. Kano's is one busy place, with loyal customers returning over and over, so it helps to call in advance to make sure they're not swamped. We had used Kano Automotive for years and years and had been very satisfied. Suddenly we were paying over and over to fix the same problem-in other words the problem kept getting misdiagnosed and we were paying for that misdiagnosis. I do not recommend this shop.
