I have gotten all our holiday and special attire at the Kangaroo Pouch. I just have no other option. The ladies are always so short and snotty. Only when I get real nice and dressed up with my LV purse are they nice and helpful. Otherwise forget about it. With three kids and a heavy training schedule I rarely have the right gear on for service. Shame.

I have to say, I'm surprised by the reports of bad customer service! I'm from out of town, but everytime I come into town (about 10 times per year) it's always at the top of my list. I've shopped there for years and have never had any trouble with unhelpful or rude employees! They always go above and beyond in my opinion.

I have shopped here a handful of times and tried to ignore the blatantly RUDE sales person. However, I have found with all of the other cute children's boutiques in the area...it isn't worth it. In speaking with other people, I realized that most share the same sentiment.
