My Daughter's Honda Civic was broken into and all the stereo equipment was stolen. Needless to say the worst fear for a parent is getting a panic call from your child. Once I found out that she was OK, I called Kanda. She told me to get the car fixed and bring her a receipt. The first thing that crossed my mind was what is the dollar amount I am going to get reimbursed? Needless to say I was...

I wouldn't recommend Kanda Kropp or State Farm to anyone. When my car was damaged she and Scamfarm first claimed it was covered and reniged and cheated me. I had to pay out of my own pocket and will be filing a complaint with the insurance commision. As far as I'm concerned this experience was total fraud. I wouldn't recommend this agent or Scamfarm to anyone. Totally unprofessional...
