Kamaka ukuleles are the caddilac's of the ukulele world. These fine instruments have the best quality of sound. They use koa wood for their ukuleles. They're a bit on the pricey side but well worth the money.

Kamaka Ukuleles are high quality and sound great. I inherited a classic and recommend anyone who does inherit or buy on take extra special care of it because its worth alot. Not just dollar value but a piece of hawaiis history using hawaiian koa.

My sister has a rare, pineapple shaped Kamaka ukulele. It was given to her by a family member. Unfortunately someone accidentally stepped on it and it cracked. Even though there is a small crack in the ukulele it still sounds beautiful. The sounds that come out of a Kamaka ukulele is rich and deep. She still treasures her pineapple shaped Kamaka ukulele and she will keep it in the family...
