I found Kaivan when a friend from work came in with an amazing cut. I asked her who worked the magic - and a few weeks later experienced it for myself. Kaivan was an absolute doll. He made sure I understood everything about how I was misusing my straightener and even offered to let Robin give me some tips. Kaivan was very thorough during my consultation about my hi/low lights to make sure I'd be satisfied and happy with the outcome. He even called the following day to make sure I was happy with my hair! GREAT customer service/hospitality.
