Took my info at the Home Show. Promised a call the Week after to schedule a "show special" garage door opener and install for $319. No call. Left three messages for Logan Hardy with no return call at all. No follow up, no contact. Avoid this company at all costs if this is their idea of service. Already contracted another vendor. Worth paying more to get real service instead of Home Show "posers".

Bought an extra garage door opener for my 3rd car garage from Kaiser and they came out and installed it with no issues. Corey (the installer) showed up within the proposed window (between 1pm-3pm) and completed the job within an hour! He was very nice and worked extremely hard! Will definitely recommend using Kaiser to my family and friends!

I'm confused... I called Kaiser Garage Doors & Gates and told them that I wanted to buy a new gate because my current gate was damaged. She told me that they weren't taking any new orders and to call back in a month. I was basically told "No we don't want to sell you a new gate." What??? This is a business that sells gates, right?
