Kaestner, Joan H, Md - Kaestner Eye Care

This office used to have great staff, but of the past two or so years, I they have been rude, curt, unapologetic, and do not follow through with my requests. It has been so aggravating to have to make multiple phone calls to get one thing done I.e. script called in to pharmacy, and still they are rude and indifferent.

If it continues, I will switch doctors, even though I do like Dr. Das.

Dr. Kaestner has been practicing medicine since 1985 and was board certified in Ophthalmology in 1987. Dr. Kaestner received her medical degree from the Duke University School of Medicine in 1978. She served her internship specializing in Medical/Surgical at the Pacific Presbyterian Medical Center and served her residency specializing in Ophthalmology at the University of CA at San Francisco.
