No no no! Do not even thinking about working there unless you adhere to:\r
Absolute power corrupts absolutely.\r

For the dollar a more that they will give you an hour PLEASE save yourself and work at Target or Home Depot. It is far worth the aggravation from Jenkins, who uses slave labor and throws you away.
