This place has the absolute worst service I have ever encountered. Their delivery people are surly, unhelpful, and cannot find street corners on the grid-like roads of midtown Manhattan. They are also repeatedly late and if you call them, you will most likely be put on hold for 20 minutes or more. They will also agree to your requests only to later refuse to acknowledge them. Kabab King is mobbed by people, both upstairs and down, and their current facilities seem unable to handle the crowd. On the other hand, the food is truly authentic Pakistani cuisine-- very well-prepared and tasty. It's a pity that the facilities are inadequate. Service is very spotty and unprofessional.
