I highly recommend this repair company. KV told me over the phone what the various problems could be with my broken washing machine and what it would cost to fix. I would highly recommend AGAINST the use of this vendor! Not only was I not provided a written estimate prior to work being performed, the diagnosis was incorrect and the repair performed made matters worse. Knowing that they are located in the city of Santa Clara, I was surprised when they told me that they cover many other cities as well. I have family in Sunnyvale and Cupertino, so I'll be sure to recommend you guys KV appliance! I live in San Jose which has a high population, and so I was very pleased when they showed up on time and fixed my problem right away! I NEEDED THAT OVEN. HAHAHA.
