Been to KKs several times and I am always ignored when I go in there whether it be the one in Manchester or Tullahoma. I needed a flute for one of my children. I asked around town and everyone told me to try KK's. I did and they were wonderful. The flute has lasted a long time and the price was excellent!

PROS: Friendly, helpful people
CONS: store is alittle crowded
