There should be a 0 rating too, which is what this Scammer deserves! We orderd a Grey Goose Champagne Bucket with utensils on Dec 23 and have never received it. We emailed their CSR yesterday 1/25/2010 with no reply, and today when we tried to access their website, the message is the site is no longer available! We're filing a complaint with the FTC/BBB & State Atty Gen today!
