I waited five months for an appointment as a new patient. The office staff is extremely rude. They could not keep up with my information and called me multiple times to ask for my insurance information again. Then the office calls me the morning of my appointment to tell me the doctor can't treat my problem and will not see me. Please be aware that she only treats diabetes and thyroid...

I have never been talked to or treated with such disdain and disrespect in my life. I can not even express in words how sarcastic and rude she was. As I sat and listened in utter disbelief that a medical professional could present herself in such a manner, I tried to recover from the obvious irritation and make a quiet, composed exit....hoping never to return.

Even with a busy clinic, Dr. Mallepalli spends time with you. She makes you feel as if you are her only patient for the day.

I love Dr. Mallepalli...I love her "at-ease" relationship with the patient. She spends time with her patients and answers questions honestly.

If you don't have arthritis you may as well keep looking! She doesn't listen to you. She is always rushed and has no compassion. I was prescribed Methotrexate but not folic acid. I was told about the importance of the folic acid by a friend. Every auto-immune disease I have gets treated as arthritis even though I've never had a test confirming this diagnosis. She will not refer you to anyone...
