I actually worked with Ben Libes and he even stole from me. Over a year and no refund and no model. If you are after Ben Libes he is a pilot at SkyLease Cargo.

This business took $1155 via my credit card for five models, did not answer emails or phone calls until I threatened to invoke credit card guarantee, and even then delivered only three of the five models, (the least expensive ones). It is too late to get my money back from the credit card (6 months), and I am more and more convinced that the owner has no intention of delivering the last two...

I would not order from them again. They charged my account 11 months ago and still have not delivered what I ordered. They don't answer the phone and rarely respond to emails. When they do respond, they say it will be just a few more weeks.
