This is a follow up to a concern letter I wrote to Just Brakes Corporate office over two months ago, as well as a social media message posted on the companies web site.  I did not receive a response from any. They ripped me off $400 for work that was never done.  I went up to talk to the manager Elvis and he said tough luck.  He never looked into the situation.   Don't ever take any vehicle there for work.

Brought my truck in to have the rear drum brakes replaced on a Saturday morning at 8:45am. One car ahead of me front disc brake job 3 hours for both of us for a 30 brake job wow. Never again.
