I called at 2pm to see if I could bring my dog in with UTI symptoms. I got her there at 2:45, she was examined within 10 minutes and we had treatment within 15 minutes. James was extremely professional and delivered caring, compassionate and efficient care to my dog. Really appreciate it.

My only disappointment is that we had specifically requested a certain doctor. I'm really a big advocate of continuity of care. We were seen by a different doctor and I had never met the new doctor and it wasn't explained why the switch happened or why we didn't see the doctor we had planned on seeing. I also prefer having all my dogs treatments done in the room, but that was partly my fault...
