While all the staff seem to be very friendly, I did not encounter anyone that could competently perform their job. We were trying to transfer from a different orthodontist, over the course of a year we went 5 times for different things to gain Medicaid approval, which was supposed to be submitted on the first appt. then when I would call back, they said Medicaid requested something else, so we...
