My daughter wanted to make a reservation for a ride. We have used this buisiness about a half a dozen times. Sara West (owner) took the reservation and was extremely rude. We have never had to us a debit card for a reseveration before. Previously, they asked that you "promise that you will be here or give us 2 hrs notice". I understand rules may have changed. We have also had rude service from Roger West. Our reservation times were always 5 - 15 minutes late. The only positive is Brandon as a guide. He is very good. Don't expect customer service to priority at Juro Stables.

Our ride was great! Megan was a phenomenal guide. We enjoyed her company! Hope to be back again and we'll send visitors your way!!!
Great staff, on pointe and organized. We called an hour before, Molly had us set up, on an appropriate horse for our skill level and on the trail on time. Solid place.
I am surprised by such negative reviews on here. Prior to our visits to Juro, we had only ridden horses once. That experience was horrible and I told the manager at Juro about it. First of all, these folks have a beautiful location that is really easy to get to from virtually anywhere near Nashville (Franklin included).
I called the evening before I wanted to ride and left a message, fully expecting to not receive a call until the next morning. What a wonderful surprise that my call was returned after 7pm to chat...
My husband and I wanted to spend a leisurely morning riding so a Groupon looked ideal. When we went, the guide didn't ask us about our level of experience, the trails were extremely wet (which we didn't know until we got on them) and we weren't told that the horses would NOT stay on the trails in an effort to...

Due to the heat in the summer season, they allow their horses to rest between 12pm-3pm.
Hours of operation vary depending on season and weather, so call ahead for times and reservations.
You'll be most comfortable on your ride wearing long pants and sturdy shoes or boots.
