Since 1991 when this sushi-center opened, it has been recognized by the local press as one of the top Japanese restaurants in Colorado Springs. Each day it flies in fresh fish to assure its diners of top-notch sushi. The offerings are many and include octopus, sea eel and tear-inducing spicy tuna roll. I am very picky about sushi so for me to be this blown away was pretty impressive! They had several items at the event including an on the spot rolled sushi piece...
