One of the best discoveries through classpass!! Workouts don't get any more fun than the JumpDance classes! The house lights turn off, the disco lights turn on and you bounce, dance and sweat the time away! The only downside is that there is no shower and the location is difficult for me, but I have been back already and plan to keep returning!
