There should be a No Star rating. Our jump was old and worn out. They showed up late. One of the children was injured and Jumpin Jax refused to pay for the ER visit. Funny they advertise this million dollar policy they have but the woman Renee who runs the company gave us nothing but lame excuses then she got downright hostile. We finally paid the bill for the child who attended our party.

Poor Customer Service and Equipment Quality

Motor failed after two hours of use and they were unwilling to refund any portion of my payment. The cost for the item that was rented was 311.00.

I have rented from Jumpin Jax multiple times & I have always been more than satisfied. The service is excellent & prompt, prices are great, unbeatable insurance & great selection. The jumps are always in great condition & everyone has fun. I highly recommend them for your next party or event.

Jumpin' Jax Jumps is a pleasure to do business with! Super great prices, frienly people & nice jumps! They even carry a million libility insurance! They are always adding new items to their inventory. I have rented with them the past 3 years! Highly recommend! :)
