You can't beat the location. We were within walking distance to Jacksonville Landing and other places. The hotel itself was ok. The elevators had a musty, old smell and the room was small. I was afraid to touch anything because parts of the room were falling apart. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the staff were cordial. I wouldn't stay...

Nice property right in the heart of downtown Jacksonville. The staff was absolutely wonderful, very helpful and pleasant. My room was on the 15th floor which provided a view of some of the city, the water, and the bridges. Not a bad hotel. This place is nothing special, but comfy and what you expect. We got a great rate and it was definitely worth the money. The bar is nice and you are right next to the bay.
