This is The Worst Contractor Iv'e ever Meet. He Hires His Workers off the Street doesn't finish anything. Buys to much Materials so he can keep the rest. Will Charge you for a Onsite Manager and Won't have one on the Job Site. Doesn't no how to follow Simple Job Plans. He will Sub out the Whole Job and Charge you 15 % on top of Charge for each job after he subs it out BEWARE HE DOES REALLY...
