I not a fan of Town East Mall, just happen to be in Mesquite. I haven't been in this Dillard's in years. It was clean, staff was friendly....I ended up purchasing two items.

On 12/2/13 around 2pm we were at your store in the Ralph Lauren area where we encountered Ms. Barbara who went over and beyond to attempt to locate pants that were not available at your location. She waited on customers, made phone calls to other stores, searched her entire inventory. This woman was a multi-tasker extraordinary.
