We ordered wedding suits from Jos A Bank SouthPark a few months ago and received excellent customer service. Ordering suits for guys that are strewn across the country was a major task and the staff at Jos A Bank made the process as painless as possible. We got an excellent deal and Jos A Bank threw in free shipping (even for the suit that was going to a groomsan who lives in HI).

Get what you pay for? Even with the deals that are offered JoS. A. Bank, I still paid for better customer service than I received here. The quality of the product is not the issue...I feel they offer a reasonable product at a reasonable price and when you first enter a store, they fall all over you to help out (obviously a product of a commission based payment plan for their sales associates)...
