I ordered flowers for my sister to celebrate her engagement....the arrangement was very small for 65 dollars. The flowers were bruised and damaged upon arrival. It was a special day for my sister. I called to complain and got the run around... Not happy.

Sometimes when you place an special request for your arrangement there seems to be a trade off in quality. I have to say that my experience with Jones over the years has been that they never seem to sacrifice the level of quality, not only in arrangement but in floral freshness and volume. I don't think you can go wrong with Jones, especially when the end result is so important to all of us.

I wanted old-fashioned flowers, but also a very classic look, which is a challenging look to achieve, esp. in July. However, Jones found the right flowers in the right arrangements and within my budget. When the flowering plants I wanted for the church didn't open as fully as was desired, they went the extra distance to find replacements for them without me ever having to worry about it. I... more
