On Saturday when my A/C went out, I called my Present Vendor who promptly came out. After numerous attempts to make the unit run the Tech informed me that we would need to replace the system. He said there was nothing he could do but have a salesman come out on Monday. I searched online and found Jon Wayne. I called and expressed my situation. After the Jon Wayne Rep came out and offered to not only install on Monday, but install a temporary unit to get me by over the weekend (because I was having a dinner party). I was not only impressed but sold. The Crew arrived on time and got right to work. Professional and Personable.

Jon Wayne Heating and Air Conditioning. Here's our experience....

I have a 3-4 year old Carrier unit that has only a year of usage on it. Our house was built in 2006, but no one lived in it for the first two years after it was built.
