Had to wait to pay due to some computer glitches as they installed new computer system, and could not verify my gift card. Owner felt my time more important than her getting paid. Provided service for free and followed up with a gracious phone call, and another use of card. They know how to treat their customers!

I thoroughly enjoy spas but this one was heavenly! The atmosphere is that of a destination spa, very soothing! I received a facial from Emily in a very comforting room with dim lighting and quiet music.
