First the good ... it's rated one star because you cannot give zero stars. Now the bad, there's so much it's tough to put it all here but suffice it say if you have a choice DO NOT USE this...

One of the tow truck drivers here was extremely nice and offered to do work on my car as I was new to the area and didn't know anyone. For free!! Incredibly honorable and special. There just aren't many nice guys around...
