Regardless of what others say... I think the steaks are good, and I'm a philly girl. Had one with (real) whiz and onions. Good bread. Just lacks in customer service. Not real friendly. But I would return if in the are again.

You order your food just like a few spots in Philly. It's obvious by the white ordering boards on the wall that they want to be just like Pat's in Philly. Trust me!!! This is not a Philly steak! Horrible!
