I'm about to take a car there for the first time today. Someone just recommended John's as the best in the area. I used to live at the beach and was loyal to Desalvo's.

Although I don't yet have first hand experience, I thought I would say while I'm here that the word-of-mouth is good for John's.

This is a diamond in the rough Jacksonville streets. I came to this place on a recomondation and I am so happy I did. It's looks like a hole in the wall and it is. but John the owner isnt concerned about how the outside of his building looks he is concerned that he does his job well and he does. If you are not looking for it you would never know it's there tucked between a large tire store... more
