My AC was not cooling, so I called John Stevenson Plumbing because they had worked on it 11 months earlier for same problem.

The technician had me sign a contract to run diagnostics on the system, find the leak and fix it for $2,040. At the end of the day he couldn't fix the problem. He just recharged the system and put some kind of sealant in the system and charged me $2,049 and change. I felt the costs were a little pricey (why I gave 4 stars instead of 5) but I had experience with plumbers on the cheaper end where the work was sub par to unsatisfactory. John Stevenson was very responsive to my issues and completed the work in a timely, and again professional, fashion. I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs, as I am one who expects the work to be done right...

Friday my wife called your company for a simple shower faucet repair. Your repairman plumber came to the house and supposedly fixed the problem.
