He might have been a great doctor but for my parents he has caused them both distressed and neglected symptoms. I repeated my concerns and no action was taken, yet medical family member knew as soon as I discribed them, heart failure! Ignored for 9 months till it became an ER incident and hospital stay. Time for him to retire.

If I could give no stars, I would. An elderly friend of mine is a patient of dr. Pendergast and both he & his staff do not return phone calls, call in prescriptions, or let her know about test results. I cannot tell you how many days she has waited IN PAIN for any of the above. This is in spite of her daughter and son calling in addition to she herself calling. This office should be charged...

The wait for Dr. Prendergast was over an hour and a half. He repeated himself multiple times and we had interruption after interruption as he talked to his student.. His staff were very apologetic and his nurse was helpful with pointing us in the direction of having multiple tests completed. However, After multiple calls, Dr. Prendergast still has yet to call with results.

I really like John Prendergast, he takes time with you, never rushes you out of the office. He also explains what is going on with your condition. I highly recommend him.
