Help us make it rightVery bad experience. I got an estimate that I liked, asked to start job. I was put off for 2 weeks and finally, Hank, company employee, called and said we needed to meet at the house, small detail left out. After 2 weeks of waiting to start job, they told me that they had made a mistake on the estimate, it would cost an additional $3.000. They no nothing about customer service or estimating... Beware
I contacted this outfit. They came and gave an estimate. I said YES....let's get it done. What followed was stories, excuses, problems, and broken appointments. Now it is raining and my roof still leaks. I could have found someone else, but "Hank" kept promising he would be right there.....
