Pros: listens, provides excellent customer service, both staff & dr. Doesn't prescribe harsh meds. Practices integrative medicine.

Cons: some of her practices are quackish. Preaches a modality that your sickness is solely psychosomatic to the point that she's neglectful. If you have gi illness beyond Crohn's or IBD, I'd say seek a different gastro.

She is a great doctor and her medical expertise and her diagnosis is excellent. She is very considerate and listens and explains patient the conditions and how she is treating. She takes adequate time with the patients. I recommend her to family and friends.

Cancelled my appointments several times. Did not clearly tell me that my colonoscopy was not at a Scripps facility. Sent the biopsies to a laboratory that is not in my insurance network and I have ended with a $1000.00 bill
