For the record Attorney John C. Kenny is the worst attorney I have ever seen. We went to trial without ever reviewing evidence and as a result he did not have a single rebuttal to my ex-wife's accusations. In my possession was all the paperwork to repute her claims and Attorney Kenny failed!!! He should be disbarred!!!
As a result the judge took every accusation as "fact" and justified my ex-wife's stance on not allowing visitation. Oddly when I was pro se in Michigan the court found her in willful contempt...shame on Attorney Kenny for failing to do his job!!! It was almost liek he was working for the defense....
When I first met John I thought he was a little arrogant because he seemed like he knew everything. Tuns out that he does and thank God! My ex-wife would have probably taken me to the cleaners had it not been for John Kenny.
