Ignore the negative review-person probably didn't understand the repair wasn't that simple. I've taken my prior car here for years and they did great work. I just took a new car in for a big scrape on the front bumper and they did a flawless paint job and they fixed a crack in the back bumper. It's perfect and they didnt' have to replace the bumper! NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Horrible customer service and even worse craftsmanship. I cant believe there are good reviews for this place. I spent over a few hundred dollars (for a small and simple repair) and they didn't even fix it correctly and had the audacity to argue with me. I would give this place negative stars if it would let me.

I had been to Quality when they were on Apalache, but just recently visited this N Monroe location. They broke several pieces of my car that were vaguely related to the repair needed. They fixed the most damaged parts, but gave me the run around on other issues - like scratched tint they damaged.
