Was a long time customer, service has gone down hill over the past year. Not satisfied with service, quality of work, and price. I went there since there was little competition in the area. I now go a mile down down the road to Liotta's on Veteran's Rd and Rossville to get my car serviced, a much better customer experience.

This place is the worst....They're rude

This place is the worst....They're rude over the phone and they're rude in the store. Very short and abrupt with customers everytime I deal with them or I'm in the store to see it first hand. I'm done going to these guys.... They think they're big shots over there and it's everything that's wrong with statEn island. I wouldn't give them my business ever again
