Horrible customer service. I've spent more than $100 there the past couple weeks and I couldn't return a $1.75 button because I didn't have a receipt. I could have waited for a manager,who was in the back cutting fabric or just come back another time as the cashier suggested or just not worry about returning it since I would only get 50 percent of the cost (it had been on sale the last 90 days)...
Horrible. Horrible. Horribly addicting! You're a crafter. You know. ;)
