I've never been in here but I did make a phone call to see if a certain item was in stock... And their customer service is terrible. First call, then continuously put me on hold and then hung up....

I like the selection at this store. and the cutting table was busy but the staff took the time to let customers to take a number.. And I don't thing I had to wait very long to get my fabric...
