I have seen Chance at the Basswood location 2 times so far (a third time is schduled for this Thursday) and I could not be happier. He's a fantastic stylist and I recommend him to everyone who asks where I get my hair cut. The staff has always been friendly everytime I've been in there. Worst experience ever! I went in May to get a new look. I asked about a bodywave/perm. The stylists said no problem. I have thin hair so I was worried about it to begin with but I agreed. Now it's been a few months and the hair on the very front of my head was completley burned off. I had hair in great condition with no bleach or anything in it. The ends look dead and fried. I had my first visit with Brianna last weekend for highlights, color, and cut, and she did an awesome job. She gave me suggestions on the tone of my highlights and some changes on my current cut, and I walked out with my hair looking the best it has looked in a long time! I would give her two thumbs up!!!
