Workmen (Tom & Sean) were very professional and thorough in the repairs made. The low customer service rating was due however, to the person (owner?) who I spoke with to set up the service - his lack of 'people skills' almost caused me to cancel the job.

BE AWARE: The absolute worse roofing company ever. The owner acts like a snake, -takes you through the mill, no pun intended, by not rectifying the company's mistakes/mishaps.
