Sad story about a broken bus
OK, I thought it was a great idea at the time. Take a group to a bowling alley for midnight bowling, then get a safe ride home. Oops, the bus broke and couldn't get us home. It's freezing outside, it's 2:30 in the morning. What is the expectation? That someone would answer the phone and maybe send us another bus.Wrong! No one answered. Even the driver had to call his wife to come get him. No backup. NO support. No customer satisfaction afterward.
There were other problems too. The champagne wall had no glasses, the driver arrived with no idea where we were going, and the interior lights in the bus were broken.
When we complained, the owner accused us of trashing his bus.
Hire at your own risk, and have your own backup bus ready just in case.
