Awful customer service. I had an appt for repair of my dishwasher on Tuesday, February 23, 2015. The appt was set up by Whirlpool to make a repair under warranty. JJ Gloss changed the window for repair to 10-3 pm from 8-12 quoted by Whirlpool. They never called to confirm the appt the preceding day (Monday) as I was told by Whirlpool. Instead, I called them.
