This little place has great service , and excellent food. I go to NY every couple of years and everytime I go I can't pass up dinner at WestSide Cottage II. A dish that I recommend is the Orange Chicken or General Tso's Chicken.

I ordered the simplest of meals: chicken broccoli & steamed pork dumplings. The chicken and the broccoli were tough, and the dumplings were tasteless with thick gloppy dough. Do yourself a favor, go to Westside Cottage II just down 9thâ¦
