Jimmy John's is one of those places that is just plain good at what it does. It's a sandwich shop, and they make great sandwiches with cold cuts. The meats are fresh, the veggies are fresh, and the bread is wonderful - what more can you ask for?... I guess maybe you could ask for hot sandwiches, BUT JIMMY JOHN'S DOESNT MAKE HOT SANDWICHES!

Not only was there a very long HAIR in my tuna sub, the professionalism and lack of concern and bad attitude from manager and staff was ridiculous. The management seemed to have a "no big deal" attitude and staff really not a care about safety or health code concerns wearing messy buns and no hair nets. After a lengthy conversation and 2 visits a free sub was offered, whoopee!! Not the issue!!!
