Ordered from here last night for only the second time. Once again the order was wrong, and the delivery was around 30mins. I only live a mile or so away.

Terrible customer service. They've screwed up my order 2 of the first 3 times I've ordered. During my most recent order I asked them to bring change for $100 bill. The driver got to my location...

I once ordered a turkey avacado sandwich. I couldn't find any avacado, so I took it back to the counter. They employee lifted up a slice of meat, and showed me a little smear of avacado. No apologies, or additional avacado. My wife had the same experience later.
