Last week we Waited almost an hour for delivery and I never called or said anything. Tonight I Waited over an hour for a delivery. I called to check the status and eta and was informed that they were in route. I went ahead and cancelled the order. Please remind me what your motto was because obviously I forgot.

I always liked Jimmy John's, till I found out today the owner is a big game hunter. I cannot patronize a organization that condones killing species that are endangered, threatened or at risk.
