My wife and i had the opposite experience, i took my wifes car back to jimmy browns 4 different times for the same problem. I was told it was the strut mounts and they were replaced, not so only one side was replaced,then told it was a bad replacement part, still didnt fix it.then told a bad strut still not fixed, after $400+ spent they said they did not know what was wrong. I feel very lied to...
I would like to brag on Jimmy Brown's. I called to see if they had a wait on having a state inspection done on my car. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and I received the same from her in person when I arrived. Nice place and very fast. I will continue to use them. I highly recommend Jimmy Brown's!!
